Irish Pharma Manufacturing — EPA Compliance Tracker

What these numbers mean: Most EPA compliance records are routine environmental reporting (site updates, annual reports, monitoring returns) required of every licensed site as normal practice, not evidence of wrongdoing. "Incident" and "Non Compliance" are the categories that actually signal a deviation; both are shown separately below rather than folded into one number. Of 4,724 total EPA records reviewed, 1,094 are logged as Incidents and 365 as Non-Compliance findings — the rest is routine environmental reporting every licensed site files as a matter of course. Only 57 records are currently open across all 22 companies.

Coverage: Company names matched against EPA LicenceProfile records via deterministic search plus local-LLM adjudication (qwen2.5:14b) for ambiguous name pairs, every match manually reviewed. Not every company in our facility list has a matching EPA manufacturing licence -- some are R&D-only sites or too small to require one. This is real coverage, not padded coverage. Matched via 22 confirmed companies out of 213 in our facility list — the rest either don't hold a manufacturing licence in this class or weren't confidently matched, and are excluded rather than guessed at.
