* Experiencing difficulty with at least two of the following: sleep quality (including difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings, or unrefreshing sleep), daytime fatigue or low energy, and/or subjective feelings of elevated stress.
* Generally healthy - does not live with any uncontrolled chronic disease that would interfere with study participation or confound study outcomes.
* If currently taking medications, supplements, or herbal remedies targeting sleep, stress, or energy, willing to maintain that routine unchanged for the study duration without introducing any other new products.
* Willing to take 1 capsule of Adrenal Adapt three times daily with a meal (morning, afternoon, evening) for 12 weeks, not exceeding 3 capsules per day.
