Eligibility
Primary outcome measure(s)
- Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) for muscle soreness — Baseline (pre-exercise), immediate post-exercise, 24 hours, 48 hours (primary endpoint), and 72 hours post-exercise.
Adjusted between-group mean difference in 0-10 perceived muscle soreness Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) at 48 hours post-exercise (measured after the second product application / before the third application). Evaluated via ANCOVA model adjusting for immediate post-exercise/pre-application soreness, sex, and age. Scale ranges from 0 (no soreness at all) to 10 (worst possible soreness), where lower scores represent a better outcome.
