Primary endpoint

Recovery of countermovement jump height measured using countermovement jumps performed on a force plate., Recovery of lower-body explosive performance, assessed as peak power and peak velocity during the Keiser leg-press test throw distance in the medicine ball throw., Recovery of maximal muscle strength, assessed as peak force during the Keiser leg-press test and maximal grip strength, Recovery of local muscular endurance as number of repetitions on the pull up test., Recovery of anaerobic performance measured as peak and mean power in the Wingate test.

Endpoint detail

Recovery of body mass, fat mass, lean body mass as measured with Inbody, Recovery of reaction time as measured by the stroop test and mental flexibility, visual attention and processing speed as measured by the trail making test, Recovery in perceived recovery measured with the perceived recovery status, Recovery in serum cortisol, serum testosterone and serum IGF-1.
