Teen Anger Management Education: TAME was developed in the United States by Feindler and Sita-Molz, 2021. This is a 12-session intervention program designed for use with early to late adolescents (ages 12-17).

This study aims to investigate the implementation and effectiveness of the Teen Anger Management Education (TAME) program in Portuguese adolescents, focusing on improving anger regulation through a structured educational intervention.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Frequent maladaptive anger responses and/or rare adaptive anger responses
Exclusion Criteria:
* Ongoing psychological treatment
* Diagnosis of schizophrenia or cognitive deficits
* Substance abuse problems
* Inability to speak and understand the Portuguese language
Primary outcome measure(s)
Anger Regulation Scale for Adolescents (ARS-A) — Change from baseline (4 months after baseline), 3 months after treatment has ended, and 6 months after treatment has ended. Assesses functional and dysfunctional anger regulation. The scale ranges from 1 (Never) to 4 (Always), with higher scores indicating more frequent use of adaptive or maladaptive strategies.
