Cohort of Patients With Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia

Sampling: Blood samples taken as part of a scheduled assessment within the context of medical care * Standard sample: 2 x 10 mL EDTA tubes * For the initial assessment: 1 x 10 mL dry tube At the request of the research teams: one EDTA tube may be replaced by a heparinised or citrated tube, depending on the planned research. Bone marrow samples, taken during a scheduled myelogram as part of medical care * Myelogram: 1 x 2 mL EDTA tube In exceptional cases, during a scheduled surgical procedure, a tissue sample will be considered in consultation with the surgeon (affected tissue, surrounding healthy tissue).

Study summary

A prospective, non-interventional study involving the collection of biological samples with associated anonymised data.

Biological samples will be collected at the time of diagnosis and/or as the disease progresses, with or without treatment, always in conjunction with tests scheduled as part of routine care or within the context of a clinical trial.

Primary outcome measure(s)

• Understanding the pathophysiology of chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia — through study completion, an average of 15 years
  optimise diagnosis, improve prognostic stratification, identify new treatment options and assess patients' response to proposed treatments through the analysis of blood or bone marrow samples collected as part of routine care or clinical trials
