Study summary
This study aims to investigate the effects of using a chatbot as a supplementary learning tool on the nursing documentation competence of novice nurses.

Inclusion Criteria:
1. Newly recruited nurses with more than one month of clinical work experience
2. Newly recruited nurses in wards or intensive care units (requiring them to write nursing records)
3. Possessing a smartphone and able to join the official LINE account
Exclusion Criteria:
1. . Units without written nursing records: outpatient nurses, functional group nurses
2. . Special units with different nursing record systems: operating room nurses, emergency nurses
3. . Huang Xinci collaborates with the host to supervise the nurses in the unit
4. . Unable to use LINE App
Primary outcome measure(s)
Nursing documentation quality — 1-month The quality of nursing records was assessed using an in-hospital record review tool. Record quality scores were compared between the intervention group and the control group.
