supervised training: supervised training by a trained physical therapist, focussed on strength and overall fitness

daily walking: walking 6000 steps per day unsupervised

Study summary

A six week patient study that intends to prove that training helps improve the life of people with osteoatritis of the knee.

It looks at pain and function in daily life and markers in the blood that show stress at a cell level.
