Convantional rehabilitation: This group will have convantional rehabilitation exercises.

Cervical and Thoracic Mobilization Exercises: This group will have convantional exercises, cervical mobilization and thoracic mobilization.

Study summary

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of cervical and thoracic mobilization training on posture, shoulder pain, joint range of motion and shoulder function in patients with adhesive capsulitis.

Healthy volunteers

Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis of unilateral adhesive capsulitis * Being between the ages of 20 and 70 Exclusion Criteria: * Presence of glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis, dislocation, subluxation, fracture, tumor * Rotator cuff injury * Diagnosis of radiculopathy, rheumatological or neurological disease * Presence of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome * History of surgery on the affected upper extremity * Any mental problem that would prevent compliance with tests and exercises

Primary outcome measure(s)

Digital Goniometer Evaluation — 3 weeks
Shoulder range of motion will be evaluated via digital goniometer. Flexion, extension, internal rotation and external rotation ranges will be recorded in degrees.
