Inclusion Criteria:
Patients who underwent radical surgery for colon cancer at Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2024 and regularly completed colonoscopy follow-up after surgery were selected as the research subjects. Inclusion criteria:
Diagnosed with colon cancer through histopathological examination ; Undergoing radical R0 resection ； Complete Colonoscopy follow-up after surgery less than 12 months.
Exclusion Criteria:
With adenomatous polyposis , Lynch syndrome and Peutz-Jeghers syndrome； Combined inflammatory bowel disease; Polyp were present before surgery and have not been completely removed； With distant metastasis or local recurrence； Clinical data is missing and can not be analyzed.
Primary outcome measure(s)
Adenoma recurrence after colorectal surgery — Postoperative；follow up till 5 years Postoperative colonoscopy review of colorectal cancer patients reveals adenoma recurrence
Colitisafter colorectal surgery — Postoperative；follow up till 5 years Postoperative colonoscopy review of colorectal cancer patients reveals adenoma recurrence
