Sleep Course: The Sleep Course was previously developed and evaluated in Australia and has since been tailored to Canadian public safety personnel. The PSP Sleep Course is 7 weeks (4 lessons) and is available in self- or therapist-guided versions. Therapist-guided participants can access optional therapist support via secure online messages or phone calls (up to twice a week). Both versions are accessible for up to 6 months.
